Legal Disclaimer — WSO2 Migration Analyzer
The WSO2 Migration Analyzer (the “Tool”) is provided as a supporting utility to analyze existing WSO2 integrations and generate indicative insights for migration planning purposes. This Tool is made available by Yenlo Nederland B.V., Beechavenue 16, 1119 PT Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands (hereafter called “Yenlo”).
By downloading and using this Tool, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Informational Purpose Only
The output generated by the Tool is intended solely for informational purposes. It provides a high-level assessment based on automated analysis and does not constitute a complete or definitive migration plan.
2. No Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum permitted under applicable law, the Tool is provided “as is” and as available without any warranties, express or implied or any kind of liability whatsoever. Yenlo does not guarantee the Tool is fit for purpose, functional, compatible, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results produced nor that the Tool (code) does not cause any damage to your computers.
More specific: You hereby warrant you have inspected the Tool thoroughly and found it satisfactory and adequate to your purpose and needs, that it does not interfere with your regular operation and that it does meet the standards and scope of your computer systems and architecture. You found that the Tool compatibly interacts with your development, website and server environment.
Running and operating the Tool on your Server/Surrounding(s) is solely for responsibility, account, risk and liability of Licensee. The same applies for any other interaction between Tool and Licensee’s end-equipment, computers, other software or any 3rd party, end-equipment, computer or services.
3. Data Privacy & Access
– The Tool operates entirely within the customer’s own environment.
– Yenlo does not have access to your systems, data, or scan results.
– Yenlo does not collect, transmit, store, or monitor any customer data through this Tool.
– All outputs generated by the Tool remain solely within your control and environment.
You are fully responsible for how the Tool is executed and how any generated reports are handled or shared (in compliance with applicable law).
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
– Validating the findings of the Tool
– Verifying compatibility and dependencies
– Ensuring proper testing before implementing any migration actions
The Tool does not replace detailed architectural review, testing, or professional consultation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Unless parties have by written contract explicitly agreed otherwise and/or from mandatory applicable law follows otherwise (like wilful misconduct), Yenlo (including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and suppliers) shall to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law have no liability whatsoever for any attributable shortcoming to the client, its end users or any third party arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Tool, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, regardless of whether Yenlo has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
This exclusion covers, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial or commercial loss.
The client assumes sole and entire responsibility for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes arising from use of the Tool or reliance on its output. Yenlo accepts no responsibility for migration failures, system downtime, data loss, or any other consequence resulting from a migration undertaken on the basis of the Tool’s findings or generated artifacts.
With acceptance of the migrated system (including taking the migrated system in operational use) Yenlo is automatically discharged of any responsibility and liability whatsoever.
6. No Automated Execution
The Tool does not perform any automatic migration or changes to your environment. All migration activities remain under your control and responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Tool remain the property of Yenlo. You get only a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-assignable, non-transferable, limited right of use of the binary Object the Tool within your own internal organisation. The source code is not formally licensed. All other rights not explicitly stated and granted above to you, are exclusively reserved to Licensor. The Tool may not be:
– reverse-engineered, decompiled, disassembled, or otherwise circumvent any license restriction, security measure or copy right notice in the Tool.
– copied, modified, used to create any derivative Work, sold, sublicensed, distributed, shared, marketed or otherwise made available to any third party outside your organisation without prior written consent of Yenlo.
8. Recommended Engagement
For a complete, validated, and production-ready migration approach, Yenlo strongly recommends engaging its certified experts for a full migration assessment and implementation service.
9. General terms & conditions
Unless parties have by written contract explicitly agreed otherwise and/or if and to the extent from the above does explicitly follow otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of Yenlo or its successor, “Yenlo – General Terms and Conditions – v5.4, dated 1 January 2026” (including if necessary and appropriate DPA and SCC as well Yenlo SLA Operational Support) or its successors (hereafter referred ‘Yenlo GTC’), all downloadable via our website at https://www.yenlo.com/terms-and-conditions, applies to this Tool and license.
10. Law and jurisdiction
For the applicable law and jurisdiction to this Tool and license, we refer to article 20 of the General Terms and Conditions of Yenlo.
