Data Security
All captured data is securely stored in a private digital data vault that complies with the highest security standards, including encryption, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance. For European-based organizations, data is stored within the EEA (European Economic Area) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Data Accessibility
Captured data is automatically classified into categories such as finance, customer, and product information. These classifications are mapped to user authentication roles via the Identity Management plug-in of the Connext Platform, integrating seamlessly with existing other identity providers.
Users can only access reports and insights based on the classification categories assigned to their role. For example, if a user lacks RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) permissions for customer data, the AI and LLM models will not provide any results based on that data.
