Amsterdam, May 17th, 2022 – It took just nine months for multi-vendor integration specialist Yenlo to complete the acquisition of its industry partner Datacon. A meticulous operation that merged both parties’ client systems, workflows, expertise, and the onboarding of 65 former Datacon employees. The acquisition has garnered the desired result: Yenlo opened up both vertical and horizontal growth avenues through a significant expansion of its product portfolio. Including the integration solutions of major integration technology vendors – Microsoft Azure, Boomi and MuleSoft – and a plethora of additional services. The portfolio expansion has solidified Yenlo’s position as a world-renowned multi-vendor Integration and API specialist. Datacon’s CEO and Co-Founder Meindert van Duijvenbode remains an important part of the organization with a position on Yenlo Group’s board of directors.
“Though our individual market impact has always been healthy, now being included in the Yenlo Group boosts our ability to scale and gain access to new markets and client profiles. We are immensely proud of the journey Datacon has taken up until this point and are truly excited for this new chapter with Yenlo” – Meindert van Duijvenbode, CEO & Co-Founder, Datacon
“There is a famous proverb that reads: If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. So, it is with great joy and gratitude that we successfully complete this joining of forces. Yenlo’s growth strategy is clear and the Datacon acquisition is exemplary of it. Expanding our Integration expertise has furthered our aim on a market leading position in API and Integration technology across Europe and North America. Datacon’s wealth of knowledge is of significant importance to current and future clients of Yenlo.” – Ruben van der Zwan, CEO & Co-Founder, Yenlo
Expanded service offering next to WSO2 technology: Microsoft Azure, Boomi and MuleSoft
The successful acquisition of Datacon has expanded Yenlo’s portfolio with technology solutions of three world-renowned integration vendors: Microsoft Azure, Boomi and MuleSoft. These solutions range from fully managed out-of-the-box iPaaS (Integration Platform-as–a-Service) technologies, to services that cater to entire industries such as Telco – a customized integration product for subscription providers and Telcom operators.
The portfolio expansion has also widened Yenlo’s vertical reach. Now offering integration services to anyone. From start-ups, to mid-market, to industry-defining enterprises and multinationals – whether they need on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-based integration solutions.
Microsoft Azure, Boomi and MuleSoft complete Yenlo’s set of multi-vendor expertise, as they now sit beside the already offered WSO2 and Yenlo’s proprietary Connext Platform and Connext Go! solutions. Geographically, the acquisition has further strengthened Yenlo’s position as a market leader in Western Europe and North America.
