What is FSQS-NL
FSQS-NL (Financial Services Qualification System – Netherlands) is a collective of financial institutions and insurance companies that have jointly established a standard with guidelines for collecting and safeguarding information from third and fourth parties.
The FSQS-NL certification tests whether companies, such as Yenlo, follow an objective and consistent approach to collecting and managing this information. That includes data on goods and services, information and cyber security, data privacy, business continuity, financial crime, behavioural risks, and financial, legal and social responsibility.
