Since expanding its Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings in 2022, Circle8 has achieved substantial growth, reaching over a billion euros in annual turnover and establishing a growing international footprint.

However, this rapid expansion has introduced a complex administrative workload, as vast volumes of data require structured automation to ensure efficient operations. To meet these demands, Circle8 recognized the critical need for a robust data automation solution that would streamline processes, enhance data quality, and support continued business growth.

The challenge

Circle8 relies on two main systems for its MSP services: a vendor management system, which organizes orders, relationships, and invoicing, and a financial system for comprehensive bookkeeping. Currently, any invoices created in the vendor management system must be manually transferred to the financial system, a labor-intensive process that increases the potential for errors and inefficiencies. With hundreds of active assignments generating thousands of invoices monthly, Circle8’s administrative workload is unsustainable without data automation.
